About The Project
Bhavesh Joshi Superhero is a movie about the ever-growing corruption and scams happening in the country and how things unfold when one of the college mates dies while trying to reveal a corrupt plot at the hands of a local politician while the other guy played by Harshvardhan Kapoor as Bhavesh who takes an important step in life following this incident.
A common man undergoes a lot at an individual level looking at the corruption around and feels helpless to fight against the unbeatable system. The movie tries to capture this emotion and shows how a common man takes law and order in his own hands without any legal authority.
The director Vikramaditya Motwane tries to convey the hard-hitting reality while giving it a quirky angle. The lead becomes a masked superhero who believes in fighting for justice and doing his bit to clean the system.
It was officially selected for the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in 2018.
