About The Project
The film is based on the real-life story of an Indian scientist Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, who is said to have constructed the first unmanned airplane in 1895. The movie is all about the hardships he endured on his journey towards making this discovery. Hawaizaada is a story about dreams, national pride and freedom. It talks about a man who dreamt of the impossible and made it happen. It’s a story about a lesser-known legend that did the incredible by making the first aircraft and creating history. It was written, directed and produced by Vibhu Puri along with Reliance Entertainment. It fared decently at the box office and was declared tax-free in Uttar Pradesh.
