Talvar is a riveting thriller drama inspired by a true incident involving a murder mystery that took place in a family based in Noida where a young girl and their family servant were murdered. It was released as Guilty worldwide. This double murder case mystery, the never-ending trials, the truth and the lies were accurately captured by the director Meghna Gulzar and was wonderfully written by Vishal Bhardwaj. This sharp and incisive movie was applauded for its gripping storytelling, dialogues, direction and acting. It received a lot of appreciation from the audiences worldwide and the movie critics as well. Talvar won 2 Filmfare Awards for Best Sound Design and Best Editing, 2 National Awards for Best Screenplay and Best Audiography and 1 IIFA Award for Best Editing.
